kristyn + eric {married}

Kristyn is the kind of gal who I want to organize and run my life. She is so driven, spunky, organized, and detail-oriented that I think she may one day be president. Or a CEO. Or some badass-woman something. And Eric is her perfect complement – relaxed, funny, and gentle with a great sarcastic wit. Their wedding at CSU, where they met, was a total ball. Despite some scheduling snafus which included a downpour just minutes before their outdoor ceremony at the Oval, and despite the fact that they hired a CU alum as their photographer (ahem), these guys took it in stride and made a great day an even better one with their carefree attitudes. As a total book nerd and former English teacher who also is completely obsessed with old family photos, vintage books, and homemade jam, I love the awesome details that they incorporated into their day. I am so grateful for the fact that these two opted for a day-after session as well (look for that on the blog soon), especially since we got to run around old town Fort Collins early the next morning and get tons of fun portraits in the cool morning sunshine. HUGE thanks to the lovely Susannah Storch for coming with me and helping me out! A handful of the images below are hers. =)

    OMG LOVE! I cant say enough how much I love these photos and what a great job Megan and Susannah did! You captured true emotions and special moments. I have finally gotten it down to just a few times a week (instead of daily! haha) but I go through them all from beginning to end and relive the moments. It generally ends with me in happy tears! Phenomenal job.ReplyCancel
